Macau. My Home. The place in the world where it feels most like Home to me. Where I was born and lived until I was 9 years old. Despite having lived most of my life in Lisbon, Macau will always feel like Home. A happy place. I returned to Macau for the first time in 2016. I spent 17 years dreaming of my return. After a very emotional return, I wasn't expecting the second time to feel the same. But it did. Just as emotional, just as wonderful and all I could've wanted. I was Home. Yup, part two of the most sentimental part of my journey through China! I was Home. And I didn't realise how true that was. Finding portuguese pavements on the other side of the world is a very unique feeling. Leal Senado Square. (Is this Macau or is this mainland China?) Ruins of St. Paul's Church. A wall filled with old posters... Absolutely loved it! And so did Pedro, so much so he wanted to pose for a picture! Visiting anothe famous site in Macau: Lou Lim Ieoc Garden. Oh how I missed these places... Playing board games in the park! Peace and tranquility in the middle of town.
