The travel diares: Home

Macau. My Home. The place in the world where it feels most like Home to me. Where I was born and lived until I was 9 years old. Despite having lived most of my life in Lisbon, Macau will always feel like Home. A happy place. I returned to Macau for the first time in 2016. I spent 17 years dreaming of my return. After a very emotional return, I wasn't expecting the second time to feel the same. But it did. Just as emotional, just as wonderful and all I could've wanted. I was Home. I didn't sightsee as much as the first time, mostly it was a time to relax. But I was back and happy. Witnessing the portuguese heritage in Macau.
