The travel diaries: Japanese Impressions part 4

Image
I said this was my favourite city in Japan. It has everything I wanted to see in Japan and my only regret is that we didn't spend more time there. It wasn't crowded, it wasn't too hot when we arrive and the trees did provide a nice shade once it did get hot.  A small shrine and a tea drinking pavillion. You could barely hear anything other than the noises from the garden. Like and enchanted place that blocks all exterior sounds and transports you to an atmosphere of serenity and peace.  Find someone who looks at you like this man looks at his cat! Care to guess where we went afterwards? Ok, not exactly a tourist destination, but we had to go through Kyoto Station to get to next place. Japan. Where tradition lives side by side with technology and there is a sense of harmony in the air. Here are some more pictures taken in Tokyo. Nezu Shrine. A peaceful location inside Tokyo's busy life. We could only hear the birds, the sound of the wate in the pond and the trees swaying in the morning breeze.  Time to visit some arcades and travel back to a time where we played Space Invaders , Super Mario and we all had GameBoys. Finding portuguese pavements on the other side of the world is a very unique feeling. Leal Senado Square. (Is this Macau or is this mainland China?) Ruins of St. Paul's Church. A wall filled with old posters... Absolutely loved it! And so did Pedro, so much so he wanted to pose for a picture! Visiting anothe famous site in Macau: Lou Lim Ieoc Garden. Oh how I missed these places... Playing board games in the park! Peace and tranquility in the middle of town. Childhood drink in my childhood city ❤️ Posing for pictures in front of my last school with one of my classmates ✌🏻️ The same place I used to buy little gunpowder pops when I was a kid. Still there, still selling the pops, 17 years later! One of the best places to eat, Nga Tim in Coloane!! End of the night snack ❤️ yum Visiting the last house I lived in Macau. We had this amazing view ❤️ Big fish tank...
