My desire to own a red dress transitioned from last year. All I've seen so far is either too dressy or too short...maybe this time I'll buy one! Black pants are a basic piece to have in your wardrobe, as well as a red lipstick. Granted, this is more coral than red, but still ideal to brighten up the look.
The black bottle is the new frangrance by THE BODY SHOP, Smoky Poppy. In my opinion it's the most sensual packaging they have, ideal for Valentine's Day (wink wink). To be fair, I have yet to try it but my expectations are very high. Following the Valentine's Day theme, how about the lingerie? There's something very feminine and sexy about the combination of pale pink with lace. A great alternative to the red and black lingerie often seen this time of the year.
The Shimmer Cubes have been a constant every season, but this time THE BODY SHOP went for brighter tones. My immediate thought is a 60/70's inspired vibe!

After this, how can you not start wishing for sunny days and good weather?

Being an enthusiast of all things from The Body Shop, I'm always looking forward for new products and ranges. Recently, the brand launched their Smoky Poppy line, with Turkish poppies and just in time for Valentine's day. I have featured the body lotion on this month's wishlist, but along with the line came another product. These Velvet Sticks are suitable for lips and cheeks. The colours look vivid here, but I tested them in the store and was a little disappointed. The coral one was also on my wishlist, but I found the colour to be very light on the lips.  So what did I bring? See the black one? "Black lipstick and black blush?" Naah!! The packaging is gorgeous, but I'm a sucker for black and pink. Also the poppy flower print blends in very well with the logo! 5 fashion things having a job has taught me

Ever since I finished college and started working, some changes have happened in my fashion life. I am the youngest member of the staff, this is my first (almost) full time job and the environment, although casual and laid back, requires a certain discretion and poise on my part. #1 Working at a school and having to deal with the parents as well as with the kids, cleavage/see-throughs/extremely short shorts and skirts are frowned upon. The first two are just rude in a school environment. As for skirts and shorts, I wear them a lot during winter (with tights!), but it becomes tricky in spring. I only wear them when it's to warm to consider anything else. Harem/aladdin pants are also acceptable. Just remember: the shorter the bottoms, the more coverage you should have on your top, going for a boat or round neck tshirt. #2 Balance your makeup. I struggled a little with this one. Colour wishes

With the months passing by and the light of summer holidays shinning brighter at the end of the tunel, i want colour. And light fabrics. I want the warmth of spring as it it slowly transitions into summer and shorts and high-heeled sandals. As always, I'm in love with the same brands. And I'm also trying to get away from my comfort colours and turning to brighter vivid tones, as yellow and red. OYSHO 's bikinis are lovely as always and it's going to be tough pickig just one. ZARA has had major improvements over the last seasons, making it hard for me to buy just what I need. The dress seems so fresh and the pants make me look slim and taller. Plus, anything with an oriental print is a winner with me! I'm addicted to bags; my parents have said this for years and I know it to be true.
