There really is some. The light in late afternoon really makes photographs look magic.
And these were taken in a place that has an amazing atmosphere at the end of the day.

Hair Inspiration

It's been a little over a year since I changed my hair colour (and cut): from brunette with a long hair to copper with shoulder lenght hair. I then tried bright red, but for some reason, the colour didn't stick and I decided to try colouring my hair at home, using OLIA . The colour is amazing and it's lasting a lot more than my last trip to the hair saloon! But the time has come to visit a professional and have my hair properly dyed ( and cut). I enjoyed seeing myself with bright hair colour and that's what I'm going for. I'm just not sure about the cut, but i feel I should risk a "just-above-the-shoulders" cut. My volumous/fizzy/rebelious hair has a will of its own, making it hard to style, but thank god I bought a hair straightner! :) Should I risk a shorter haircut or keep it medium and growing? As for the colour, it's just like the pictures below: bright, vibrant red! Have a wonderful monday! XOXO, M

New Stuff!!

Yesterday I had a little accident: I broke my glasses. In my infinite wisdom I decided to put them in my pocket, forget about it and then go sit down...amazing right? Since the lenses were ok, I just needed to replace the frame. I found none to match the lenses so I had to buy everything new (Bless you, promotions!!). Curious?  Here's me with the old ones,     This outfit was featured in a post, see it here ! And now me with the new glasses,  I feel like they're a bit nerdy but I really liked them. I was a little tired of narrow frames, these ones seemed like a good change (although they're red too, but still a change). Yay or nay? A wish your heart makes

Making wishlists is easy. Going from that to the point where you actually purchase the items, is another. I crave way too many things, so it takes some thinking to actually sort out the things I need. The item presented here was craved more than needed, but it was also an opportunity I could not pass. It was probably last year that I heard about this collection. A friend shared the link on facebook and my eyes started to sparkle and in my head I said "I'm going to buy a pair". I could have easily set the idea aside after a few months, had I not subscribed to VANS ' site to receive the latest news. And if it weren't a The Beatles collection. The important thing here is that I absolutely adore The Beatles. I don't claim to know all about them, but I do own the digitaly remastered stereo discography that came out in 2009, plus tshirts.
