Shopping lately

Hello lovelies! 
Since sales' season is still on, I still take a peek at what's left on the shelves. I'm always hoping to find some amazing lost products :) And this week I did!

 Since a friend told me that SEPHORA has very good deals on very good products, I try to stop by and take a look every once in a while. And I wasn't disappointed with what I found!
Another place I like to check out is THE BODY SHOP. Their latest promotion is "3 for the price of 2" and thanks to that I bought everything I need to take care of my body and paid almost nothing. But this week I wasn't looking for that promotion and was amazed to see that they still have the Lily Cole Limited Edition products. And ON SALE!

Lipgloss and Eyeliner: THE BODY SHOP

 I must admit: I'm not the biggest fan of mascaras and I tend to have allergic reactions very easily. But this one has really surprised me and I like the fact that it has some glitter as well.
As for the lipgloss and the eyeliner: the gloss is amazing, it doesn't get sticky and keeps the lips moisturized and beautiful! The eyeliner is one of my favourites and I love the fact that it's purple and lasts a whole day!

Being an enthusiast of all things from The Body Shop, I'm always looking forward for new products and ranges. Recently, the brand launched their Smoky Poppy line, with Turkish poppies and just in time for Valentine's day. I have featured the body lotion on this month's wishlist, but along with the line came another product. These Velvet Sticks are suitable for lips and cheeks. The colours look vivid here, but I tested them in the store and was a little disappointed. The coral one was also on my wishlist, but I found the colour to be very light on the lips.  So what did I bring? See the black one? "Black lipstick and black blush?" Naah!! 5 fashion things having a job has taught me

Ever since I finished college and started working, some changes have happened in my fashion life. I am the youngest member of the staff, this is my first (almost) full time job and the environment, although casual and laid back, requires a certain discretion and poise on my part. #1 Working at a school and having to deal with the parents as well as with the kids, cleavage/see-throughs/extremely short shorts and skirts are frowned upon. The first two are just rude in a school environment. As for skirts and shorts, I wear them a lot during winter (with tights!), but it becomes tricky in spring. I only wear them when it's to warm to consider anything else. Harem/aladdin pants are also acceptable. Just remember: the shorter the bottoms, the more coverage you should have on your top, going for a boat or round neck tshirt. #2 Balance your makeup. I struggled a little with this one. Colour wishes

With the months passing by and the light of summer holidays shinning brighter at the end of the tunel, i want colour. And light fabrics. I want the warmth of spring as it it slowly transitions into summer and shorts and high-heeled sandals. As always, I'm in love with the same brands. And I'm also trying to get away from my comfort colours and turning to brighter vivid tones, as yellow and red. OYSHO 's bikinis are lovely as always and it's going to be tough pickig just one. ZARA has had major improvements over the last seasons, making it hard for me to buy just what I need. The dress seems so fresh and the pants make me look slim and taller. Plus, anything with an oriental print is a winner with me! I'm addicted to bags; my parents have said this for years and I know it to be true.
